Return & Refund Policy

At Guili, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new lighting. If a piece isn't quite right for your home, we offer a straightforward return process designed to be fair and transparent.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • In their original packaging with all included accessories.

Return Shipping Costs

For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Guili will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can provide a prepaid label or arrange a collection.

For Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): If you decided you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong style, or it doesn't fit your space as expected, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@guili.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the correct return address.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the item in its original box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.

Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

  • Payment Method: The refund will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Bank Delays: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact us at info@guili.co.uk and we can help guide you through an exchange.
